Our Preferred Vendor Program

We are accepting applications from distributors who are willing to conduct business based on the principles of the Transparent Purchasing Method listed below.

PRINCIPLES OF TRANSPARENT PURCHASING


  1. You will supply audit rights to our clients.  (Audits can occur 2-3 times per year, 30 day notice will be given)
  2. You are willing to offer a cost plus pricing on all items.  Example  (true cost+freight+a certain dollar or % per case = client pricing)
  3. If during an audit a client discovers an item was over charged based on a predetermined pricing agreement you will issue a credit to their account. 
  4. You are willing to compete against other suppliers in order to win the prime vendor bid. (Client will be giving 80% or more of their business to one supplier)
  5. You deliver during a specific window of time consistently.  .
  6. You offer clients free samples of products they would like to try.
  7. You have an easy credit system.
  8. You have minimal shortages.
  9. If a customer identifies a critical item is shorted and it is found that this is fault of the supplier company, you will prioritize the problem and get the customer what they need immediately.
  10. Sales reps are not allowed to dictate pricing as the client is on a cost plus pricing structure that will be pre-negotiated.
