The purchasing method you will learn in this seven and a half minute video is used by the Transparent Purchasing Group's CEO Michael DeNunzio.  In 2009, Michael implemented the first version of this purchasing strategy in his first restaurant DeNunzio's Brick Oven Pizza and Family Restaurant and SAVED FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS IN PURCHASES vs the previous year.  He now uses this strategy in all of his restaurants and helps other restauranteurs do the same.
